After reading about the chemicals in my old pans I threw the lot out. Was nervous about buying another non-stick but the surface on this one is pure titanium. No coating. Cook for my kids every night and don't think twice about it.

I always thought you had to pick — a pan that sears, or a pan that doesn't stick. Used this to sear a scotch fillet last night and wiped it clean in about 10 seconds. Does both properly.
Marcus T.
Expected the usual: low heat only, hand wash only, season it regularly. None of that. Chuck it in the dishwasher, use whatever utensil I want. It just works.
Jordan M.
I've bought so many non-stick pans that stopped working after a few months. Wasn't sure a pan with no coating could be any different. Six months in and eggs still slide straight off with no oil. Genuinely couldn't believe it.
Priya R.
I measured it myself. Full tri-ply, just like they said. No thin spots at the rim either. That's rare at this price 🤔
Emma L.
I used to shove my pan in the cupboard the second I was done. This one just stays out. It looks too good to hide!

How is the pan non-stick without a coating?
The surface is hand-hammered titanium. The small indentations reduce how much of the food actually touches the pan. Add a little oil to a preheated pan and food lifts off cleanly. No Teflon, no chemicals, no coating of any kind.

Does this pan contain PFAS, PTFE, PFOA or any other chemicals?
No. The cooking surface is pure titanium. Nothing synthetic, nothing added. No forever chemicals, no microplastics, no hidden treatments. Just metal that is safe to cook on.

How long does it last?
Titanium doesn't degrade, rust or wear down. There's no coating to lose. The surface performs the same in year ten as it does on day one. That's why we back it with a lifetime warranty.

How is this different from a regular non-stick pan?
A regular non-stick pan has a chemical coating sprayed over cheap metal. That coating scratches, flakes and wears out. This pan has no coating at all. The titanium surface is the pan. Nothing to wear off, nothing to replace.

What heat sources is it compatible with?
Gas, electric, ceramic, and induction. It works on any stovetop you already have.

Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes, Nonna's Kitchen pans are fully dishwasher safe. However, a quick hand wash with warm water is usually all you need - food slides right off the surface.

How does the warranty work?
Nonna's Kitchen Products are backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover damage from misuse, like excessive heat, sharp utensils, or improper care. Normal wear, like light marks on the steel peaks over time, isn't covered either.

Do I need to season my pan?
Just once. Rub a little oil in the pan and heat on low for 2 to 3 minutes before first use. No need to repeat it after that.

Overall rating: 4.2 / 5 from 416 reviews.
It does a great job, wonderful for cooking eggs as no residue left in the pan. Very easy to clean, I am most impressed.
Well, I just got it and put it together but the lid on the large pan was dented and did not fit the pan correctly. It came straight from the box so nothing else but a factory issue could have caused it. A little disappointed in that.
Pans are not heavy at all. Cleanup is a breeze. They truly are non stick. What I like is that when making a sauce the pans non stick surface releases the fond (bits that stick to the pan) and do not burn when adding your liquid creating a perfect tasting sauce.
I’ve used it once and did a good job but my concern is the cleaning. As you can see the browning on the outside and stains in the inside, what is the best way to clean the pan?
Love the pans. It does take getting use to. Heating the pan first, then adding oil or butter. Adding your food you must let it cook. It will eventually unstick by itself. Cleanup is amazingly very easy. Wish I had these years ago as a chef.

This pan is great! However, the photo shows discoloration after 5 or 6 uses (chicken, fried eggs, salmon filet…). I contacted Okura and they suggested I season the pan first, even tho they advertise no seasoning required. And sticking does happen. But cleanup is still very simple and I love how the pan sears and cooks evenly. A keeper, for sure!
Attached photo showed after cooking egg omelette, Did not stick to the pan. I can use any stainless steel spatula, not a scratch. However, I still need time to learn about different kinds temperature with different kinds of meat.
Prepared the pan as per the book as no instructions included with it. First use was as advertised, second use tried to fry an egg and not as nonstick as advertised, see photo. Further use has the same results. Washes very easily removing the stuck food but not why I bought the pan!!
I’ve been using my new pans since the moment i received them! I absolutely love cooking with them! And the best part; I don’t need to sound the alarm when someone scratches the inside of it, it doesn’t leave any streaks or remove any finish. What a game changer.
I love my Okura knife! The tomatoes are easy to slice first shot and either removing a thin layer of the mango peel is very easy or cutting a pinapple is a breeze and don’t need to force on the wrist!
I've used this pan a lot, and like it better than my Calphalon professional series b because I can put it in the dishwasher and it comes out clean and undamaged.
The pan is great for everything. I was a little disappointed when I start to fry eggs, I added a little oil when the pan was heated and then cracked eggs . I was very excited to flip the eggs but it did get stuck in the pan and the eggs run and broke the yolk. . I have tried to cook other things and maybe I did it wrong. I tried to cook fried rice also but it did the same, kind of scraping the bottom. Needless to say I was a little bit disappointed for a very high priced pan
I’ve been pleasantly surprised. My journey didn’t start as I had hoped. The pan was shipped from Asia and took 3 weeks for delivery. It finally arrived in plain unmarked packaging and there was assembly necessary to attach the handle. Once I completed the assembly and began putting it through the paces, I’ve been very pleased. Frying eggs, making pancakes or cooking ground beef. Each process was better than expected and cleaning was effortless. The balance of this pan feels like premium cookware...
Love this pot!!! Have only used it for vegetables so far but will def braise some meat in there soon! I have some filet in the fridge, destined for Okura!
I also bought a frying pan from Okura recently, and will use it for the filet mignon!

I love the low sides of this titanium crepe pan. I don’t make crepes but I make egg omlette with peppers, tomato, green onion ++ most days. Much easier for flipping!
I only recently started using my new pan. I had been a bit apprehensive that everything would get stuck in the pan. The first thing I cooked in it was an omelet and apart from sticking a bit around the edges, it worked beautifully and it tasted great! Not as heavy as my cast iron pan, and much easier to clean.
I’ve been really impressed with the OKURA Pan. It heats evenly, cooks food beautifully, and has a solid, high-quality feel that stands out from cheaper pans. Whether I’m searing, frying, or making everyday meals, it performs consistently well and is easy to clean afterward. The handle stays comfortable to grip, and the pan feels durable enough to last for years. It’s become one of my go-to pieces of cookware because it makes cooking easier and more enjoyable. Definitely worth it if you want a re...
We love the pan, it cook great and cleans up real fast. We love it. It’s just that ours has a high spot and on the base and spins quite well. I’d really like to get it replaced.
We love this pan! It is awesome. We made beef filets last night and was surprised that this pan has a very low splatter point compared to cast iron which we typically use. The pan gave a quick char and we turned the flame down low to cook and baste with butter and herbs. Perfection, medium rare!
